Renovation Technician

Teodora Group is looking for an experienced onsite technician with expert knowledge in bathroom renovations - specifically tiling, drywall, plastering, painting and carpentry. Successful applicants will be responsible for the construction, installation and maintenance of renovation projects.

Work Listing:

1. Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
2. Installing and removing site protection and setting up construction sites
3. Mixing, pouring and spreading materials such as concrete and thinset
4. Cutting, shaping, laying and grouting tile and stone
5. Drilling and cutting materials like concrete and wood
6. Joining drywall panels using tape and plaster and sanding down to create flat surfaces
7. Demolishing bathrooms and other rooms and removing and disposing of debris  
8. Applying paint, varnishes, and sealants, and using fillers such as putty and caulking to fill holes and cracks
9. Installing doors, windows, casings, baseboards, cabinets, stairs, framing and hardware
10. Cleaning up job-site, and removing waste or other materials or equipment 

Requirements:

1. Applicants must have their own tools and vehicle
2. Applicants must have a registered company and HST number
3. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in home renovations
